Terms and Conditions
Lucky's Ad Vend Ventures

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Lucky's Ad Vend Ventures (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to vape vending machine placements, advertising services, our website, and related tools and content (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.

You must be at least 21 years of age to use any services related to our vape vending machines. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the legal age requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations
   
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the vending machines or website
   
• Use our machines or platform to promote illegal products or services
   
• Impersonate another person or entity or provide false information
   

If you are engaging with Lucky’s Ad Vend Ventures as an advertiser or machine host, additional terms may apply based on your written agreement or contract.

a. Advertisers

• Must ensure all content provided complies with all applicable advertising laws and local ordinances.
   
• Are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all ads placed.
   
• Understand that Lucky’s Ad Vend Ventures reserves the right to reject or remove any ad for any reason.
   

b. Machine Hosts / Locations

• Must allow the installation and operation of vending machines in accordance with agreed terms.
   
• Must ensure the vending machine location complies with state and local laws.
   
• Are not permitted to tamper with, open, or alter vending equipment unless otherwise authorized.
   

For paid services (e.g., ad placements or profit-sharing agreements):

• Fees and commissions are clearly outlined in individual contracts.
   
• Invoices must be paid within the terms stated on the invoice.
   
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment.
   

All content, logos, graphics, trademarks, and technology used in our Services are the property of Lucky’s Ad Vend Ventures or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of our materials without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct we believe is harmful to our business or customers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky’s Ad Vend Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Services. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of vending machines or digital services.
